Where are you located and what areas do you serve?Mixers And Shakers Bar is located in the NW area of Calgary, Alberta, and provides their cocktail bar services throughout the city of Calgary. Additionally, they occasionally cater in surrounding areas such as Airdrie, Edmonton, Red Deer, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane, and more. Whether you're hosting an event within Calgary or in one of these surrounding areas, Mixers And Shakers Bar can bring their expertise and unique cocktails to you.

Can I choose my own drinks?We are all about creating a personalized experience for our clients. Each menu can be custom made to suit your taste, event theme and preferences. You'll perfect your drink selection during consultation before your event. This means that you'll have the opportunity to discuss your favorite flavors, spirits, and personal preferences with our experienced mixologists to ensure that the drinks served at your event are tailored specifically to your liking. Our goal is to create a unique and unforgettable experience that reflects your individual taste and style.

Do I need to place a deposit to confirm booking?To book for your event, we require a deposit of 50% of your bill to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due seven days prior to your event. Please note that late fees will apply if payment is not made in full preceding the service. This policy ensures that we can adequately prepare and allocate resources for your event, guaranteeing a successful and memorable experience for you and your guests.

How far in advance should I book for my event?At Mixers And Shakers Bar, our event dates fill quickly, and we're booked months in advance. Our team is dedicated to making your event unforgettable, and booking in advance allows us to tailor our services to meet your unique requirements. We recommend reaching out to us about our availability as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.

How does Mixers And Shakers Bar handle travel fees for events outside of their location?Within a 20-mile radius of our location, our mobile event services are free of charge. If the event is located beyond the 20-mile radius, we charge a rate of $2 per mile. For events outside of Calgary, please inform us so we can discuss the details and provide you with a customized quote based on your specific location. We are committed to bringing our exceptional cocktail bar experience to your event, no matter where it may be.

What happens if I cancel my event?For events cancelled with at least 30 days notice, customers will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be required to pay the complete final deposit but will not receive a refund. For cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event, full charges will be applicable and no refund will be provided.
